Job skills track
Individuals are given the opportunity to learn and develop a job skill while completing training hours in one of the five areas:
Maintenance
Auto
Retail
Food Service
Child Care
Each department offers specific job skills that will benefit participants in seeking long term employment or career path. Some departments offer certifications which can be used for job opportunities.
After completion, job skills participants have the option of Work Training Leadership. Work Training Leadership is for those who are excelling in their jobs skills area and want to gain more knowledge and cultivate leadership and responsibility while learning more in their department.
