Rescued Treasures
Located just north of the Mission at 524 N. Burdick Street, Rescued Treasures thrift store serves as a hub of the Mission’s donated goods ministry. It is a busy place and one of Kalamazoo’s most well-known drop-off sites. Items donated to Rescued Treasures thrift store are sold to the public or clothes are given to residents, as needed, to clothe them. Members of our recovery programs participate in work-in-training programs including our thrift store to learn basic skills needed in the work environment. The money earned from the sale of these donated goods is used by the Mission to create a revenue stream to help finance the Mission’s daily operations.
Mission drop off hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday, 9am to 3pm. Large items can be picked up from your home or place of business; just give us a call at 269.383.1044. Receipts will be given at both locations when drop offs are made.
