Demolition on the 2nd building begins.

The construction crew finishes tearing down the second building and moves onto the third and final building

Demolition is completed on the third and final building. The demolition crew continues to remove debris, clearing the way for the new foundation to be poured

The old basements are cleared out and filled in with dirt. Construction crews create molds for the new foundation to be poured.

The first delivery of steel arrives on Friday. Construction crews will begin the steel frame assembly in the next couple of weeks!

The building begins to take shape as the steam beams are lifted into place.
March 3rd, 2021
With the steel frame in place, work begins on the exterior walls.
March 18, 2021
Work continues on the elevator frame and plumbing begins as the first pipes are laid into the Ground.

The first interior walls go up and the exterior brick veneer begins on the east side of the building.

After the first floor concrete was poured, work began on the walls for the first floor.
