Job Discription: The Auto Sales Manager is responsible to the Director of Retail to oversee all duties and activities of Rescued Wheels Auto Sales Enterprise of the Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries.
Position Type: Full Time
•Manage all aspects of sales and donations including intake, acquisition, repairs, value analysis, marketing, sales, paperwork and reporting.
•Manage all internal reporting requirements required for the Auto Program including accurate data collection and paperwork required for legal compliance.
•Track and monitor daily, weekly and monthly auto donations and sales.
•Plan, facilitate and monitor a yearly budget showing financial accountability and prudent expenditures to the Director of Retail.
•Meet and exceed specific sales targets in order to provide revenue for the ministry
•High school diploma; some college or technical school helpful.
•Minimum of two years’ experience in auto sales.
•Solid understanding of basic auto sales and business operations.
•Sales certifications helpful

Job Discription: As the Maintenance Manager, your task will be to manage the Missions grounds and physical facility asdefined below. An employee in this role will be proficient with and demonstrateconsiderable skill in building repair, emergency and preventative maintenance,maintenance problem diagnosis, repair costing and overall job, work order,inventory and shop organization. You will be responsible to enforce & overseeall standards for operations within your division. Your duties include butare not limited to:
•Must be able to arrive 10 minutes before shiftstarts to open doors. Must beableto maneuver and plan work orders before the. arrival of other employees tostart the day.
•It is expected that you will: 1. Abstain fromwrangling over disputable or doctrinallydivisive topics, such as spiritual gifts, eschatology or issues of theologicaldebate. 2. Apply a biblicalattitude of service, edification, accountability and issue / conflictmanagement. 3. Show consistent evidence of the Fruit of the Holy Spirit. •Evaluate problem areas and proposethe necessary corrections.
•Maintain the following in a secure and organizedmanner: a. supplies storage, b. tool room and preventativemaintenance schedules. c. job andwork order prioritization and follow through, d. inventory and shop organization. e. maintain a system forwritten work orders, processing and delivery of supplies.
•Preventativemaintenance storage, inventory and delivery of supplies. Presentation, hygiene, attitude, language and standards for interaction with the public and residentsfor all volunteers, interns, clients and employees serving in your division.
•Enforce Mission Policy & Procedure. Manageand maintain maintenance files, service records and reports as assigned.Supervise those assigned to you, (paid, volunteer and program men) _ oversee theirtasks, provide specific direction and guidance, and maintain service deliveryto Mission policy and standards.
•Performancemonitoring, training, motivation, instruction, and conflict resolution withvolunteers, interns, and others who serve in your division.
•Your position is viewed as pivotal to theMission's Ministry with people. Whenhuman spiritual needs arise, you should prioritize that need unless you are involved in an emergency situation. Ministry will include spiritual and life skill coaching, when needed, assigned or necessary.
•Otherduties and responsibilities as assigned in writing by the administrator. Mustbe able to lift 50 lbs.
