We serve our community by offering love, hope, and assistance to those who may be in crisis. We will personally sit down with you and seek to know what your individual needs are.
We serve an average of 400 hot, nutritious meals each and every day of the year. Our dinner meal is open to anyone in the community who needs a hot meal.
Working with Galilee Baptist Church, we offer a community food pantry, supplying those in need with essential nonperishable items. The Food Pantry is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:45 am at our KDC ministry site.
At KDC, a ministry site of KGM, we offer community members the opportunity to receive personal care items and household essentials. Our Direct Response Servants Team will meet with you one on one to asses your needs and assist where we can. Our goal is to help with real needs and share Christ’s love through compassion and encouragement.
Many times when a person finds themselves homeless or facing a crisis, documents are either lost or stolen. We are here to help. We work with guests to regain their important documents like birth certificates, social security cards, and more.
We focus on physical and mental health wellness to help individuals reach the highest level of independence possible. Medical and Mental Health needs will be assessed and addressed on an individual basis.
Transportation is critical to holding down a job, getting to school, and keeping appointments. KDC offers assistance for specific transportation needs.
